岗位职责:
• Independently manage medium and large scale projects from conceptual schemes to expanded preliminary design phase
• Able to surprise the team on large process of project from concept to design development.
• Having strong project creativity and control abilities, and strong oral and written communication skills for conducting meetings with clients and office staff.
• Able to work on various types of landscape projects from residential , commercial to park and so on.
• Ability to work well under pressure, juggle and prioritize multiple projects and adjust work accordingly, often against tight deadlines
• Proven ability to self-manage and demonstrate high level of professional maturity
任职资格:
• AutoCad, Photoshop, Indesign and Sketchup skills required. Rehino and other 3D skills would be a plus.
• Basic landscape construction detailing skills
• Possess strong verbal, written and visual communication skills
• Demonstrate creative abilities and applied problem-solving skills
• Strong abilities to work in a team setting
