职位描述
岗位职责：-负责光纤通讯产品的工艺开发和维护，确保能够量产高质量、高可靠性的产品；-组织关键工艺设计、可行性评估及验证；-分析解决客户投诉的产品质量问题，与开发团队和质量部门紧密协作，对缺陷问题进行及时跟踪，制定、实施纠正和预防措施-负责样品转量产阶段工艺文件的编写，并指导和培训生产员工；-及时协助解决生产过程中的工艺异常；-主导产品工程变更执行，满足客户设计变更需求；任职资格：-专科及以上学历，通信、机械相关专业，三年及以上光缆、跳线、光器件等产品开发或工艺制程相关工作经验；-熟练使用办公或相关设计软件；-掌握产品的制作工艺，良好的动手操作能力，能独立分析和改善生产工艺问题；-良好的沟通协调能力，有责任心，团队意识强。
