职位描述
岗位职责：-负责光纤通讯综合布线和光器件产品的开发与导入管理，包括但不限于光缆、跳线、组件等；-产品开发与导入过程管理，如产品规格分解、BOM、物料确认、工艺及夹具评估等；-主导完成新产品样品制作及相关验证；任职要求：-专科及以上学历，熟练运用办公或相关设计软件；-两年以上光无源产品开发或制程等相关经验，熟悉各类光纤跳线、光缆、光器件等产品的工艺、基本结构与参数，了解GR326、GR1435或IEC相关标准；-良好的组织沟通协调能力，高度的责任心和团队精神；
