Job SummaryWe are looking for an Application Engineer who provide technical product application support for customers and distributors.In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:• Provide technical product application support for customers and distributors through the analysis of current or proposed control systems and the suitability of Tescom pressure control products for use in those systems. This would include particular expertise in the areas of hydraulic/pneumatic components and systems. • ****uate requests for product modification for the purpose of extending Tescom pressure control products to new applications or meeting a specific customer's existing needs. Review product modification requests with Marketing and the Engineering department. Implement minor modifications upon approval of the appropriate engineer and product team. • Assist Sales department in planning and conducting field and internal training sessions for Tescom products. • Develop appropriate manuals and technical data including application notes for use to field sales, distributors and customers. • Attend trade shows and customer ****s to provide technical application support. Assist in the training of Sales employees in the application and testing of our products. • Site visit to assist in troubleshooting and provide recommendations for corrective ****s when required. • Assist in the review and updating of current literature and development of new literature. • Perform related work as assigned.
