Monitor progress and ensure milestones are met.3.Stakeholder Management:Collaborate with internal teams (R&D, Marketing, Sales, Operations, Quality, etc.) and external partners to ensure alignment and effective communication.4.Risk & Issue Management:Identify potential risks and issues early, develop mitigation plans, and ensure timely resolution.5.Reporting & Documentation:Provide regular updates to BU leadership and global stakeholders. Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure compliance with internal standards.6.Continuous Improvement:Promote best practices in project management and contribute to process improvements across the BU.Profile:1.Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field2.PMP or equivalent certification is a plus3.At least 3 years of project management experience in industrial automation, electrical components, or manufacturing industry4.Strong communication skills5.Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities6.Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities7.Proactive and results-oriented8.Fluent in English
