岗位职责:- Developing and implementing methods for ****uating product or component reliability (predicting product performance and identifying the key factors or elements that limit reliability) - 负责新产品或零部件可靠性评估的开发和执行 (预测产品的性能和确认制约产品可靠性的关键因素) 。 - Analyzes preliminary engineering-design concepts of major product, recommend design or test methods for attaining customer-specified operational reliability, using knowledge of reliability engineering and other technologies. - 有效运用可靠性工程技术理论和方法对新品设计进行分析评估，并开发出相应的测试方案以满足客户实际的可靠性需求。 - Testing, Measuring, tracking, ****uating, and publishing reliability performance requirement (internal and external) throughout product life cycle (design, manufacture, and service). - 负责产品开发全过程中的可靠性测试、测量、追踪、评估和发布工作。 - Verify ****uate OEM product supplier test lab capacity and quality process, work with them to identify design risk. - 负责确认和评估外购产品的供应商的实验室测试能力及质量控制，并和他们一起确认产品的设计风险。 - Present high level reliability status reports at regular meetings (i.e. Global Engineering Teams, etc.) and implement corrective **** through the Milestone process. - 参与全球项目例会，提供详细的可靠性相关报告，并针对开发过程的不同阶段承担相应的可靠性分析工作。 - Create and maintain a FRACAS (Failure Reporting And Corrective **** System) and root cause failure analysis program. - 在新品开发过程中建立和维护失效分析报告系统，参与失效分析过程。 - Monitors failure data generated by customer using product to ascertain potential requirement for product improvement. - 通过对产品在实际使用过程中失效数据的监控与分析确定产品改进的可行性。任职资格:- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Electronic and Information Engineering/ Electronic Engineering, Electrical & Communications or Information Engineering, or other appropriate technical discipline. - 电子信息/电子工程/通信或信息工程学士，或其它相关电子工程技术学历。 - 2~5 years related job experience in reliability or components engineering in product testing and supplier quality verification, preferably in battery or electronic appliances. -2~5年相关的产品可靠性，或者测试和供应商质量评估经验，有电池或电子测试或质量管理经验者优先。 - Must have thorough knowledge of one or more quality and reliability tools, techniques, and methods (e.g., 6 sigma, DMAIC, FMEA, Weibull analysis, Reliability analysis, Reliability Test Plans, FRACAS). - 掌握一项或多项质量和可靠性工具、技术和方法等等。 - Must have good oral and written communication skills (including public presentation skills). -具有良好的英语沟通能力包括表达能力。 - Must be able to communicate effectively with individuals at all organizational levels. - 能在各个执行部门之间独立工作、有效沟通。
