So, as we shape a more resourceful, less wasteful world, we build our careers tooWho you are:Support and handle import and export activities and coordinate with internal and freight forwarder.About the job:Shipping Assistant (70%) ● Booking of import and export shipments, apply for freight invoices and filing of documents. ● Manage forwarder tender price and handle statement of account timely. ● Execute correct shipping documentation in accordance with receiving country demand. ● Following up on shipments according to Incoterms and tracking for transportation time. ● Apply payment for Customs duty & import VAT. ● Attend meeting with forwarder and global transportation team to address issues.Order Handler (30%) ● Receive and review customer orders and acknowledge to customers. ● Be responsible for customer inquiries, order change, and customer visit. Timely feedback to relevant persons accordingly. ● Release to customers about the latest factory lead time if it’s changed. ● Prepare packing list and invoice as delivery papers and notify customer to deliver the products. ● Manage and update Sales order information timely in ERP and eNDH.What you know: ● 3 years working experience from relevant area in manufacturing company ● Good English is both written and oralWe care about diversity, inclusion and equity in our recruitment processes.
