Responsibilities:1.Be responsible for achieving assigned sales target. 2.Learn and apply adequate product and application knowledge to deliver value and satisf**** to customers.3.Be responsible to identify and develop new customers (end users and OEM's, and when requested, partners too) to grow Datalogic business in assigned territory. 4.Report market opportunity & customer requirement, and submit suggestion for targeted sales initiatives, product development and service improvement to management, all in the way requested by the company,5.Cooperate with colleagues to achieve the team's goals whenever needed.6.Successfully complete other tasks assigned by the company. Requirements:1.At least three years experience in selling to end users or OEM customers in the field of Factory Automation.2.Demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility for achieving assigned target, and for solving customer’s problem to deliver customer satisf****.3.Demonstrate a good understanding of sales process and key winning factors in every stage of sales process. 4.Like to drive team **** and push progress for winning and growing business.5.Demonstrate personality which can stay positive under pressure, and persevere to solve problem to achieve target. 6.Strong interpersonal skills to win the trust and cooperation of other people.7.Good communication capability including verbal, writing and presentation skill.8.Able to read and write in English at adequate level. 9.College or above education **** with major in engineering or science.
