Responsibilities：Responsible for planning, budgeting, providing transport solution of Wind Turbine component deliveries to Southeast Asia and Middle East projects. This includes coordination with suppliers, internal and external customers in all aspects of transportation1、Interface with internal/external customers for each bidding projects, to arrange the road survey for local regions, provide the transport solution and budget. 2、Develop local resources and potential suppliers in aforsaid region, to ensure to get the competitive cost for transport cost and qualified support. 3、Investigate the port facility information, develop the vessel resource and provide the competitive solution for shipping of wind turbines4、Coordinate with tax and trade specialist, make sure all the transport and products are compliant with the local rules and requirements 5、Maintains, updates, and communicates relevant information (regarding delivery schedules, contract terms). Maintain financial scorecard for projects and comparison with project budgets6、Analyzes operational logistic status, informs involved stakeholder adequately - and derives and implements ****native measures to adopt to changing situations.7、Supports product / engineering team in development for product design, to ensure the wind turbine safety, deliverable, and competitive in transport. Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience1、5-10 years of progressive logistics and transportation experience in over dimensional project cargo Logistics execution, or project forwarder/carrier operations, in wind transport.2、Demonstrated direct experience in planning and execution of transportation project logistics3、Demonstrated experience with domestic and international over dimensional logistics regulations and safety standards.4、Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and concisely information or data to non-technical associates, peers, and management.5、Demonstrated knowledge in Incoterms.6、Experience within project logistics service providers.Self-driven and resourceful to achieve goals independently as well as work well in groups.High attention to detail.7、Flexibility to adjust and thrive in an environment with changing requirements, schedules and priorities for multiple projects or assignments.8、Flexibility and willingness to travels, as appropriate and required – mainly based overseas9、Knowledge of various domestic and international transportation and logistics, including rail, air, barge, and heavy haul for wind energy.Knowledge of import and export requirementsKnowledge in Maritime terms and conditions
