Your Role and ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you’ll help run what runs the world, by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact.Manage and develop Drive Products Division local R&D organization in China developing LV drive and servo drive according to business needs to meet global and local market requirementsManaging power electronics team, participating in R&D project development from PE domain, collaborating with other R&D teamsContinuously enhancing the competence of the team in developing best-in-class drive products, utilizing your own knowledge and experience, as well as the ABB local/regional and global organizations. Develop team key competences and identify competence gaps in terms of different areas in power electronics and make solid improvements with support from global teamTake the lead in the process of product design and maintenance.
