Responsibility:1.Concepts development in line with requirement or idea from product manager/customer.2.Work closely together with product manager to reach feasible new product specification, with Innovative thinking.3.Products detailed design, with all solutions which are verified through prototyping and simulation when necessary.4.Closely work with engineering, quality and supplier to guarantee feasibility of manufacture and easy control of product quality.5.Support product realization and validity via the ****s--sample ****uation pre-testing, design change or optimization till it passes type tests.6.Strictly work conforming to relevant process and industry standard.7.Quick response / deal with urgent case, Good at time management, Cooperation ability.Profile:1.Team p****, interpersonal skill and be able to work under pressure2.High initiative/teamwork problem solving in efficient and effective manner with data support willing to learn and share3.Experience on design experience of Terminal-block and connector, and knowledge in connector product standard is a plus4.Bachelor or above degree with related mechanical majors5.Fluent both oral and written English6.5 years or above Engineering or new project development knowledge especially in connectors/Plastic/or similar field as our products, knowledge in plastic moulding is a plus7.****uate and **** appropriate metal materials (e.g., steel alloys, copper, aluminum, etc.) for metal components based on performance requirements, collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure molds meet functional, cost, and timeline targets good knowledge in metal material mechanical properties, electrical conductivity properties, stamping tools and stamping process is a plus8.Knowledge in heat treatment and surface treatment is a plus9.Proficient in 2D and 3D design software of Auto CAD, Catia, Pro/E, or Solidworks
