Profile:1.Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical or electrical engineering2.More than 8 years experience and familiar with new product development process3.Team work sprit and good communication & coordination skills4.Be able to work under pressure, good risk management, negotiation and motivational skills5.Familiar with the operation of MS project software and MS Office6.Good command of oral and written English.Responsibility:1.In charge of new product development projects2.Interface and communication between portfolio and internal function in all phases of project development (from idea phase to market launch)3.Manage project gross margin actual vs. planning in order not to exceed target values set at planning phase4.Responsible for project quality planning, establishing and maintaining timing, determining feasibility and assessing risk, documenting and resolving all concerns of schedule5.Provide leadership for all core team and support team functions6.Facilitate team communication internally and externally to run project smoothly.
