Key responsibility:−Manage new product transferring to production, including local designed products and localization from Germany to China−Work closely with cross functions(design team, factory engineering, EHS, production planner, purchasing, quality, etc.) to setup manufacturing process, including manufacturing specification, automation, testing fixture and technical documentation etc.−Work with cross functions(design team, factory engineering, EHS, production planner, purchasing, quality, etc.) to continuously improve the process for new products introduction.−Participate in new product introduction projects from the very beginning of project.−Responsible as team leader as well as a technical expert during NPI.−Organize regular project meetings and milestone ****uations within the agreed timeline.−Support or lead team to resolve top/urgent external/internal quality issues and line down issues etc.−Support or lead team to resolve issues related to component end-of-life.−Manage and coordinate with cross functions for product obsolescence.−Manage small/less-complex New Product Development project from 0(marketing concept) to 1(production finish) Key requirement:−Bachelor’s degree−Moderate English capability −At least 3 years project management experience in New Product Introduction at factory side experience in New Product Development management is a plus PMP is a plus−Basic knowledge on electronic products design and production process, e.g. HW, ME, FW, assemble, test, etc.−Basic knowledge on 0-to-1 New Product Development project management, including knowledge on management of scope, cost, schedule, financial, stakeholder, risk, etc.
