Main Focus of Duties and Responsibilities- New project - Technical review and Risk Assessment prepare for purchasing council according to candidate suppliers' feasibility study and technical concept during RFQ phase. - nominated component's development progress from nomination to SOP in supplier - leader of components BQEE team (components nomination to PPAP release) - Lead of APQP tracking and update. - version IICP creation. - Supplier open issues tracking untill closure completely. - Measurement result alignment between supplier and TKP plant (measurement WI). - Smoothly transfer the part quality responsibility function to plant SQE after PPAP release. - Ensure the product meet design technical data - Lead of part submission warranty and supplier process readiness audit- Support designer to optimize drawing and LB.- Support commodity purchasing to development new suppliers and maintain current supplier pool.- Technical support to SQE about supplier quality issues (technical, red supplier rating) in mass production phase.- Regularly reporting components' status and highlights to supervisor.- Supplier - Train/technical support,push suppliers to achieve the requirements of quality/timing. - Window and bridge of supplier change management. - Support VDA6.3 auditor for new suppliers and existing suppliers' annual audit.职位要求：- Education: Bachelor's degree or above- Foreign Language: Fluent in written and spoken English- Computer Skill: Be good in Office (work, excel, PPT) software- Experience: 3+ years of experience related experience, exposure to Motor Commodity is a big advantage.
