职位描述
主要职责：1. 数据分析与运营洞察：负责公司数字化平台数据处理、可视化及建模，提供产品优化方案的数据支持、支持业务决策。2. 数据库优化与 AI 应用规划 ：梳理内部协作平台数据库，提升效率，为 AI 产品搭建提供支持；规划 AI Agent 产品，探索应用场景，提升智能化水平与用户体验。3. 产品运营：定期撰写产品周报与月报；优化内部协作平台个性化功能，提升用户体验，策划并执行相关活动运营。4. 跨部门协作：与多部门紧密合作，提供数字化转型与数据分析专业建议，保障产品可持续发展。任职要求1. 教育背景 ：本科及以上学历，数据分析、商业分析、统计学、管理类等专业优先。2. 工作经验 ：3 年以上相关经验，有数据分析、AI 产品设计或数字化转型项目经验优先。3. 专业技能 ：- 熟练掌握 SQL、Python、R 等数据分析工具，具备出色的数据清洗、转换和分析能力，能够高效处理大规模数据集。- 熟悉主流的数据可视化工具（如 Tableau、PowerBI 等），能够根据业务需求设计并制作直观、美观且具有交互性的数据可视化报表和仪表盘。- 了解机器学习、深度学习等 AI 相关技术和算法原理，具备一定的数据建模实践经验，能够运用 AI 技术解决实际业务问题。。- 熟悉公司内部协作平台常用功能与业务流程，深入理解核心业务流程。- 熟练掌握 PPT 制作技巧，能够制作高质量、逻辑清晰、设计美观的产品规划 PPT。- 语言能力 ：英语水平良好，具备中英文读写能力。
