职位描述
岗位职责 1.制定海外各大区技术服务流程、标准及制度，确保服务高效、规范2.监督技术服务团队的日常工作，解决客户现场复杂问题，优化服务体验 3.定期回访重点客户，收集需求和建议，推动产品/服务改进 4.招聘、培训、考核技术服务团队，提升团队专业技能和服务意识 5.分析售后服务数据（如故障率、维修周期、返修率、售后成本、备件库存等），提出改进方案。岗位要求1. 硕士学历，机械/电气自动化等相关专业； 2.5年以上跨国企业（汽车厂、机器人工厂、重型装备）技术服务团队管理经验，熟悉行业产品技术（如产品功能、常见故障排查）及服务流程； 3.能够通过客户反馈推动产品改进（联动研发/质量部门）4.能够通过售后数据（返修率、响应时效、满意度）发现问题并优化策略；5.优秀的跨部门沟通及客户谈判技巧，英语可以作为工作语言。
