职位描述
岗位职责：1、负者公司产品质量信息反馈的统计分析工作，召集各部门相关人员进行问题分析，出具改善对策，并跟踪实施；2、研发阶段的质量介入，协助输出机台的各项工艺文件，如装配工艺及测试标准；3、分析生产过程中的不良数据（如直通率、报废率），推动工艺优化；4、制定零部件的测试指标及方法；协助研发样机测试并出具整机测试报告 岗位要求：1、本科及以上学历，机械工程、电气工程、自动化、工业工程、质量管理等相关专业；2、有3年及以上品质相关经验，且对电气有一定的基础知识；3、掌握质量工程分析工具和方法并能熟练运用，有较强的数据收集、整理、分析能力； 4、有较好的组织、协调、沟通和文字表达能力。
