职位描述1.核心开发任务主导 Vue2/Vue3 多端应用（Web/H5 / 小程序 /iOS/Android）从需求到上线的技术全流程落地。运用 Vue 全家桶实现路由管理与状态管理，通过组件化实现多端功能一致性。优化打包配置与性能调优，提升用户体验。2.技术方案设计设计高可用、可复用的组件库与页面架构，确保代码后续可优化迭代，并能在多个项目中复用；优化跨平台兼容性问题，确保代码在不同设备和系统上稳定运行。3.性能优化与维护持续优化应用加载速度、内存占用等性能指标，解决首屏渲染延迟、白屏等问题；参与代码 Review，推动前端工程化规范落地。4.探索 AI推动前端技术创新，探索 AI在前端领域的应用如 AI代码生成、智能交互、自动化测试等，提升开发效率和用户体验。任职要求1.本科及以上学历，计算机/软件工程等相关专业；2.5年以上同岗位经验，其中2年及以上带团队经验。至少独立主导过 2 个完整的Vue项目。3.精通 UniApp 多端开发，主导需求分析至上线全流程，确保多端功能一致与优质用户体验。4.熟悉微信小程序开发规范，了解 iOS/Android 原生开发基础（如证书申请、打包流程）。5.掌握 Webpack/Vite 等构建工具，熟悉移动端性能优化策略；熟悉跨平台开发常见问题，具备高效解决方案。6.有 MES 系统相关经验或项目经历者优先。7.具备良好的问题分析与解决能力，能快速定位并修复多端兼容性 Bug。
