职位描述
岗位职责：1、负责投标文件的整体策划、编写、排版及装订，确保符合招标要求；2、协调技术、商务、财务等部门，整合技术方案、资质证明、财务报表等材料；3、检查投标文件的完整性、准确性，避免废标或扣分风险；4、订单处理，协助销售做报价单、做合同、安排发货、发票、安排技术服务工程师；5、负责公司销售相关文件资料的管理、归类、整理、建档和保管工作；6、负责各类销售指标的月度、季度、年度统计报表和报告的制作、编写，并随时答复领导对销售动态情况的质询；7、协助销售人员做好上门客户的接待和电话来访工作。岗位要求：1、本科及以上学历，专业不限；2、3年以上制造业跟单和招投标相关工作经验；3、语言表达能力强，善于沟通，具有较强的文字功底和承压能力。
