Position Summary：Establish and execute business plans by developing and keeping a competitive product portfolio for AFTM LEDr portfolio and drive new initiative of product portfolio with reasonable topline and bottom line.Key Responsibility:- Drive LEDr AM portfolio with business development and reasonable margin- Responsible for yearly performance of the product line- New product proposal and portfolio management/roadmap - Conduct market analysis and develop business opportunities based on responsible portfolio and competition- Responsible for NPI business development and work together with sales and marketing team to conduct fast go to market- Internal business development with BG /APAC regional commercial team Qualification:-3~5 years product manager experience-Min. 3 year of experience in business development with successfu story-Technical education ****, such as Electrical / Mechanical / Physics-Cross functional leadership -Entrepreneurship and good calibration-English as working language
