主要工作：Main mission
Appearance Engineer (AE) develop and verify appearance requirements (colour, grain, gloss) as requested by market and styling for both exterior and interior parts with appearance requirements.
•Cooperate with Marketing and Styling while they develop pre-masters for apperance. (What they want.)
•Cooperate with Material Suppliers and develop and release Apperance Masters and Material Specification (Material Standard) and provide them to LE Design for part with appearance requirements for further distribution to Suppliers. (Technical Requirements)
•When Supplier parts are ready for Apperance Approval (AAR) as part of approval for PPAP, AE review and measure parts in three loops.
•Performs Apperance Reviews and present status from each appearance loop.
•Contact Suppliers through Supplier Quality (SQ) when Supplier parts are not ok. If needed AE visit suppliers together with SQ to support with adjustment of colour.
•Performs appearance matching complete vehicle.
