Job Title: Sr. HR Manager
Organisation:Philips Healthcare (Suzhou) Co. Ltd.
Department/Unit: HR
Location: Suzhou
Reports to: HRBP, Healthcare Suzhou

Main purpose of the role:
To work under guidance of HRBP and Management Team (MT) to develop and implement the people strategy and company culture in Healthcare Suzhou to support the business strategy.. Work closely with HR peers in all aspects of Human resources management of Healthcare Suzhou Co., Ltd.

Organisation context of role:
Position in value chain: Healthcare Suzhou provides manufacturing/SCM service to Philips products in China in order to capture Industrial savings for various kinds of products line, including magnetic resonance systems, computed tomography systems, nuclear medicine systems and general X-ray machines.

Reporting and other significant organisational relationships:
Reporting Relationship: Reporting to the HRBP HC Suzhou. The job holder is needed to work closely with Other HRM to support business departments.
Team: The job holder will work closely with the TA/A&P to provide Staffing, payroll and training, etc.
Peers: The job holder needs to work closely with Department Mgr and N-2 managers in workforce planning, staffing, EES, T&D, PPM, etc.
Other significant relationships – internal:
•Weekly hiring update with TA
•staff meetings of Department
•Other meetings which are necessary
Other significant relationships – external:
The job holder is also needed to tackle the SIP government, local labour Bureau whenever is necessary in order to ensure the compliance of statutory requirement and good relationship.

Key areas of accountability
1.As HRM to departments, overall responsible for hiring, developing, driving engagement and retaining talents;
2.Help department head to develop N-2 people leaders;
3.Working together with HRBP & MT to interpret Philips culture into behaviours, through multiple channels and activities;
4.Working together with HRBP in identifying the key HR processes and responsible for implementing the process in the business;
5.Other task and/or responsibility assigned by HRBP.

Job Holder’s Profile Requirements
1.Bachelor Degree in business, human resources or a related field, Master Degree or MBA a plus.
2.At least 10+ years working experience in multinational corporations, with 5-8 years at HR area; Should have demonstrated experience working in a fast-paced, matrixes environment;
3.Proven ability to work with, inspire, and create consensus within a group to cooperatively achieve a common goal.
4.Knowledge of employment laws; proven experience in performance management; employee relations; leadership and competency development are also required.
5.Strong interpersonal skills, including exceptional verbal and written communication and the ability to foster positive attitudes & ability to influence individuals of varying backgrounds and learning styles.
6.Open, confident, self-motivated, independent, and innovative.
7.Must have a strong understanding of HR issues facing a dynamically growing company in a competitive market.Must be a team player and work collaboratively with business partners to solve issues
8.Posses an entrepreneurial can-do attitude; Self-starter, able to perform in a fast paced and complex environment;
9.Structured, organized and result oriented way or working
10.Should have potential for further development.
